My account has been blocked because I typed in an incorrect password several times. What should I do?

The account gets locked for security reasons after 6 failed login attempts. To reactivate it, you can change your password by clicking on Login > I forgot my password! at the top right corner of our homepage and unlock it using your new password. Alternatively, you can email us at support@stoiximan.com.cy from your registered email address, stating that you wish to unlock your account and we will contact you as soon as we have taken all the necessary actions.
