Documents that can be used as proof of address may be recent electricity, water, internet bill etc. (with a date of issue within the last 6 months), last year's income statement, or municipal tax (with redacted amounts in case a member does not wish for them to be displayed)
Please note that all the above documents will need to state your full name, address, issuing authority and date of issue.
