Why did the payment method change after I submitted my withdrawal request?

We make every effort to meet your request for the desired withdrawal method. In some cases, we may need to remit and make withdrawals by a method different from the one you initially selected and/or cancel any pending withdrawal requests.

Regardless of the method by which you request the withdrawal or the one displayed by the system, it will always be analyzed by the Transactions department.

Because the competent authority requested us to respect and prove the transparency of transactions, the general rule you must keep in mind is that the withdrawal will be processed through the same method with which the deposit was made.

More specifically, if you deposit with a visa or mastercard, the withdrawal can be completed on the same card. If you deposit by bank transfer or web-banking you will make a withdrawal via bank transfer, to a bank account that you are a beneficiary or co-beneficiary. If you deposit via Skrill or Neteller you will be able to withdraw in the corresponding way. If the deposits are made through a Paysafe account, you will be able to withdraw either through a bank transfer, in a bank account that you are a beneficiary or co-beneficiary, or in your Paysafe account.
