You can send us the documents required, once signed in to your account, by clicking on the arrow next to your balance and following the Account > Profile > Verification Process path, where you upload the relevant file on the corresponding step.

You'll also find examples of the acceptable display of the documents and instructions on how to send them correctly, as well as a list of the documents you have uploaded, along with their status.

In case you are using a mobile phone or tablet, you can follow the steps My Account > Profile > Verification Process. Once the files are reviewed, you will be notified via email and personal message to your account of the successful completion of the process or the need for additional documents.
